Amélie Finaz
Graduated from ESSEC, Amélie began her career at Rothschild & Co in M&A, before joining Société Générale Investment Banking in New York, where she worked in structured finance for 4 years. In 2009, she came back to France to contribute to the launch of the Fonds Stratégique d’Investissement, which later became Bpifrance, where she spent 8 years. In 2017, she joined Alpha Private Equity, executing several LBO transactions. She joined La Maison Partners in 2022 and became CEO in 2024.

Graduated from SciencesPo Paris and ENA, Michel began his career in public administration, working at the French Treasury from 1973 to 1982. Then, he joined BNP Paribas, where he founded and led Cortal Bank. Following this, he became CEO of Galbani (Danone Group, Italy) and later served as CEO of Cerus (Benedetti Group). From 1999 to 2012, Michel Cicurel led the Compagnie Financière Edmond de Rothschild. In 2014, he founded La Maison, where he serves as Chairman of the Board.

Jean-Bernard Mateu
Graduated from École Polytechnique and Télécom ParisTech, Jean-Bernard held senior positions at BNP, Crédit du Nord, and Caisse d’Épargne before becoming the CEO of Natixis Financement. He played a key role in the creation of Orange Bank and served as Managing Director from 2016 to 2018. Since then, he has been President of Arenium Consulting, which he founded. Additionally, he has been an Operating Partner at La Maison Partners since 2021.

Adrien Dassault
Graduated from Université Paris Dauphine in management, with a specialization in finance, and from Harvard Business School (Executive MBA), Adrien began his career at Rothschild & Co and Deutsche Bank in financial advisory. In 2007, he founded MyFab, which was later sold to Conforama, followed by Heliceum, a company specializing in video games and serious gaming. He joined Tikehau Capital in 2018 as Deputy CEO. Since 2021, he has been the founder and chairman of La Maison NextGen.

Marc Lévy
Graduated from Université Panthéon-Sorbonne with degrees in contract law and banking & financial law, Marc began his career in 1996 at Compagnie Financière Edmond de Rothschild, joining the legal and tax department. In 1999, he took on the role of international development project manager. He was successively appointed Secretary General (2007), member of the Executive Board (2009), and Managing Director (2012). In 2013, he became CEO of Banque Leonardo and later of UBS La Maison de gestion. In 2014, he co-founded La Maison with Michel. Since 2024, he has served as a member of the Supervisory Board and Strategic Advisor at La Maison.

Coralie Amar Shabi
Graduated from Université Panthéon-Sorbonne with a degree in business law and taxation, Coralie began her career as an M&A lawyer at Bredin Prat, where she worked for 4 years. In 2005, she joined Edmond de Rothschild Corporate Finance as Vice President for 10 years. Since 2016, Coralie has been Head of Private Equity & VC Investments at Nordmann Capital, and since 2022, she has also served as Senior Advisor at La Maison Partners.

Jérôme de Dax
Graduated from Sciences Po Paris and Paris II in economics, Jérôme began his career at BNP Paribas Asset Management in 1986, where he held several leadership roles, including Director of Institutional Asset Management. He then joined Société Générale Asset Management as Deputy CEO, a position he held until 2009. In 2010, he founded DAX-Finance, a financial investment advisory firm. Founder of La Maison NextGen, he is chairman of the Investment Committee since 2021.

Furkan Kurt
Graduated from Grenoble Ecole de Management, Furkan has been an investment analyst at La Maison Partners since 2020. Prior to this, he was an analyst at Eldorado (Station F). In parallel, he co-authored academic reports on decarbonization challenges (Springer).

Graduated from Toulouse Business School, François began his career at Edmond de Rothschild Private Bank in 2010. He then served as CFO at Banque Leonardo and later as Director of Projects at UBS La Maison de Gestion. He joined La Maison at its inception in 2014 and currently serves as Director of Finance and Operations.

Sabah Sehil Gueday
Graduated from the ENC Paris and the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, where she obtained an ITB diploma specializing in banking and finance, Sabah began her career in 1986 at Banque Hervet as a commercial assistant for 15 years. She then joined VP Finance, which later became Banque Leonardo and UBS La Maison de Gestion, serving as Office Manager from 2001 to January 2022. In 2022, Sabah joined La Maison Partners as Senior Office Manager.
